Human on the rail
Judgment stays named. Closed loops, money, and deletions never seal themselves.
Zeus will run relays. It will not take your name. A human on the rail is not a fallback; it is the product.
What must be a hold
- Any message that speaks as the floor to a customer
- Any change that cannot be undone from the ledger
- Any commercial close, quote, or commitment
- Any deletion
If you find a brief that does those things without a hold, it is a defect. File it as one.
Named seals
A hold is owned by a seat, not “the team.” When the queue shows a hold, it shows a person. Vacations transfer the seat. They do not dump holds into a shared abyss.
The desk will wait
Waiting is correct. A brief that “just sends it” to stay fast is how you get a letter you cannot stand behind. Speed lives in the relays around the hold, not in skipping the seal.
Training
New operators replay last Tuesday before they file. The ledger is the manual. If a chapter in this Codex disagrees with a night you can replay, trust the night and amend the Codex.
