Conduits are not a new system
If a vendor chart is the first thing you show a floor, you are selling theater. Show the thread instead.

We used to put logos in a grid because everyone else did. Floors did not care. They cared whether the harbor sheet was still the harbor sheet after we left.
Name the door after the floor
“Mail rail,” not the vendor. “Quiet channel,” not the chat product. When the door changes, the brief should still read.
The chart we actually use
A list of scopes. A date bound. A date cut. Drift marks in between. That is the conduit story. It does not need a screenshot of a search bar surrounded by icons.
