Why the night watch stays human

Shared inboxes lie
“The team will catch it” is how letters go out with nobody willing to claim them. We made the queue rude on purpose. A hold shows a person. If that person is at sea, the seat moves. The hold does not become folklore.
Waiting is the feature
A brief that skips the seal to stay fast is a defect. Speed belongs in the relays around the hold — the copy, the packet, the row — not in the last inch.
