The desk does not close the loop
If a letter can commit the floor, a named person still has to seal it. That is not a limitation. That is the product.

We keep getting asked when Zeus will “just send it.” The answer is: when a named operator seals the hold. Not at 3 a.m. because the queue looks lonely.
The temptation
A rail that copies a row, drafts a note, and parks it feels incomplete. The last inch — the send — is where the floor’s name is spent. Templates love that inch. Floors regret it.
What we run instead
The brief ends at the hold. Morning is a short walk: seal, send back, or rewrite the rail. The work that repeated already happened. The work that commits a person waits.
Why this is faster
You do not reconstruct the night from five tools. You replay it. The hold queue is the meeting. People who used to keep a private “did it send” sheet stop, because the ledger is meaner than their memory.
What we will not add
A toggle that says “trusted sender” and skips the seal. Trust is a person on a watch, not a flag in a brief.
