Operators sometimes want “everything, just in case.” That is how a desk becomes a second inbox with worse manners.
What is sealed
Input the brief named, the conduit it touched, the action, the hold, the result. Enough to replay. Not enough to reconstruct a person’s private week.
What is not
Attachments the rail did not need. Channels the brief did not name. A full mail body when a sender and a label would do.
If an auditor asks for a night, we export the rail. If they ask for the rest of the company, they will have to ask the company.
